Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Never accept a parcel that appears to be damaged or leaking, ask for it to be returned and we will send a replacement out. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (up to 7 days). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Bought 2 of these so far one for me 1 for a friend. Best snowfoam Lance out there. I have kranzle version and friend had karcher hd version both fit great.

Solid product. Great service.
I received the product well packaged and it felt solid. Received great service from the shop and spoke and emailed with someone who assisted and advised on the correct adaptor. Upon first use it was a bit stuff but this felt re assuring rather that cheap. The foam Lance works really well. The only thing that I would say about it is that the nozzle felt quite loose and when pressurised water flowed through it didn’t stay on the setting I left it on. It loosened which impacted the jet coming out. I adjusted my grip to ensure a uniform spray and all is good. Otherwise a great product.

Snowfoam Bottle
Ordered a Snowfoam bottle, it arrived within a few days and was the correct fitment for my Nilfisk.
This product has surprised me, lovely thick foam, and I didn’t wash I just sprayed it on, left if for 10 minutes or so and washed it of, you can see the results in the picture
