It is important to use high-quality microfibres on you vehicles paint as the split fibres can pick up and spread liquid better and have been manufactured to avoid paint scratching.

Aftercare

To maintain your edgeless Shaggy Monsters good condition we recommend using a non bio detergent to keep it ultrasoft and plush without damaging the fibres.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Never accept a parcel that appears to be damaged or leaking, ask for it to be returned and we will send a replacement out. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (up to 7 days). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item use the "Contact Us" section of the site to inform us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

great cloth

have had these cloths for a couple of years now and cant fault them,unless used on glass(bit too fluffy for that)now use these as drying towels for for door jams and they are brilliant for this. also use newer ones for interior dusting and wipe down. super soft and dont scratch any gloss plastics.
